Black History Month Profiles: Sharon Griffith

This year, for Black History Month, we’re taking a look at a group of leaders who are currently active making Black history across the labor movement. Today’s profile is Sharon Griffith of the Utility Workers (UWUA).

Sharon Griffith’s leadership and dedication inspire her fellow UWUA Local 1-2 members every day. Griffith owns a clothing shop in Jamaica, Queens, and she gives back by feeding the homeless.
